About Russell Blaymore
Founder & Managing Attorney
Blaymore Law P.C.
Russell Blaymore is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Blaymore Law P.C., a New York boutique law firm focused on commercial leasing, real estate transactions, and corporate matters. He provides business-first legal counsel to clients navigating complex transactions, emphasizing clear advice, careful drafting, and efficient execution.
With nearly two decades of experience, Russell represents landlords, tenants, developers, investors, lenders, business owners, and company founders across a wide range of commercial real estate matters. His practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, commercial loan financing, office and retail leasing, ground leases, and development-related transactions. He approaches each engagement—whether a routine lease or a multi-layered transaction—with disciplined analysis and attention to detail, helping clients manage risk and move forward with confidence.
Russell also maintains an active corporate and business transactions practice. He regularly drafts and negotiates operating agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, joint-venture arrangements, and business purchase and sale agreements. He advises founders, start-ups, and established companies on entity formation, ownership and governance structures, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. As part of this work, he assists brand-focused clients with trademark registration and protection strategies.
Russell founded Blaymore Law P.C. to deliver sophisticated legal counsel with a boutique level of responsiveness. Clients work directly with senior counsel and receive practical guidance, clear communication, and efficient turnaround, regardless of the size or complexity of the matter.
